No. Everything we offer, from the 5-Day Reset to corporate programs, is beginner-friendly and adaptable to all levels.

2. What if I have health concerns like arthritis, stress-related fatigue, or chronic pain?

Our practices and services are gentle and can be adapted. For Thai Yoga Massage and personal sessions, we ask about your health history to ensure safety (please check with your healthcare provider if unsure).

3. How much time do I need to commit?

The Reset requires just 5 minutes a day. Membership programs and personal services are flexible, while corporate sessions can be delivered in short workshops or full-day retreats.

5. Is it really free?

Completely. There's no payment and no credit card. And you'll receive your first little experience before you're ever asked for anything — because feeling a moment of relief shouldn't cost you a thing.

6. Do I need any experience with Yoga, meditation, or wellness

None at all. The Compass meets you exactly where you are — whether you've never tried any of this, or you're simply finding your way back. Everything is gentle, guided, and made for real life.

7. How long does it take?

About two minutes. There's nothing to study and nothing to score — just a quiet pause, perhaps the first you've had in a while.

8. What happens after I get my result?

You'll see your pathway and a gentle doorway in — Begin with Calm, Movement, or Intention — with an experience to enjoy straight away. From there, you're warmly invited into Wake Up & Thrive, our free private community, so you're never doing this on your own.

9. Do I have to give my email? Will I be flooded with messages?

You can feel your first win without signing up for anything. If you choose to join the community, we'll only ever send warm, helpful things — and you're free to step away anytime. No pressure, ever.

10. Is this a diagnosis or medical advice?

No — and that's the heart of it. The Compass is a haven, not a diagnosis. It's a kind starting point for your wellbeing, not clinical or medical advice. Please always see a qualified health provider for anything medical.

11. What if more than one pathway sounds like me?

That's completely normal — most of us are carrying a few things at once. Just answer for how you feel most days, and the Compass will gently choose the kindest place to begin. You can always explore the others later.
